Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team. You will bring a passion for person-centred care in providing exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care to residents with dementia
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet individual needs
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Full unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Open to post-graduate applications
* Affinity and experience working with residents with dementia
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts across various days
