Job Description:
The Customer Service Team Member plays a vital role in delivering store operations activities that support a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.
Responsibilities include:
* Effective store administration, including cash handling, banking integrity, tendering transactions, store multi-channel fulfillment, and stock integrity.
* Telephone management and enquiries.
* Marketing and promotional activity.
* Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and management of controllable expenses.
