Administrative Support Coordinator
This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing administrative support to the Centre Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be proficient in financial administration, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing utility contracts
* Managing tenant billings, reconciliations, and lease administration
* Supporting arrears management, contractor payments, and reporting
* Ensuring accurate financial records and databases
* Providing on-site administrative support and customer assistance
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
* Confidence in working with numbers and Excel
* Strong organisation, accuracy, and communication skills
