We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Geelong Territory Development Manager to join our field sales team on a full-time basis, covering the Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals
* Develop and maintain strong business partnerships in the grocery channel
* Drive superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
* Collaborate effectively with key decision-makers in stores
* Manage POS and Merchandiser budgets to maximize business growth
* Contribute to the development of our iconic market-leading brands
