About the Role Due to continued project wins and business growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator to join the Sydney team. Working closely with highly experienced Project Managers and Commercial Managers, you will play a key role across the full commercial lifecycle of major construction projects valued $100M. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on large, technically challenging projects within a structured Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment and is looking to progress their career within a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities End-to-end contract administration across large commercial construction projects Procurement, tendering, and subcontractor management Preparation and management of scopes, letting packages, and variations Cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting Progress claims and payment assessments Managing RFIs, EOTs, and contractual correspondence Working closely with site and delivery teams to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion Job Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction Proven experience delivering projects valued $100M Background working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder highly regarded Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts and project delivery Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work within fast-paced project environments Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar Benefits Opportunity to work on landmark Sydney projects Strong pipeline of secured work Career progression into Senior CA and Commercial Management pathways Supportive and collaborative culture Competitive salary package based on experience Join a highly respected builder with an excellent industry reputation
