The business is in a strong growth phase and is looking for a future leader to join their Accounting & Business Advisory division. This is a genuine succession and leadership opportunity for someone ready to operate at Associate Partner level, with a clear and structured pathway toward Partnership.
Job Description
As Associate Partner, you will sit at the intersection of senior client leadership, technical advisory and firm growth. You will take ownership of key client relationships, support the growth of the division and help lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading complex compliance and advisory engagements across SMEs, family groups, privately held businesses and not-for-profits
* Providing strategic and commercially sound advice across tax, structuring, business performance, risk and growth opportunities
* Managing and strengthening senior client relationships, with a focus on retention, service expansion and referral growth
* Mentoring, developing and supporting senior team members, while contributing to succession planning and capability uplift
* Contributing to business development, internal strategy, market presence and broader firm initiatives
* Working closely with Partners and senior leaders to support long-term growth and progression toward Partner-level expectations
Successful Applicant The successful candidate will likely be operating at Senior Manager, Senior Client Manager, Associate Director or similar level within public practice. You will be technically strong, commercially minded and confident managing senior client relationships. You Will Ideally Bring
* CA or CPA qualification
* Strong business services, tax and advisory experience within public practice
* Experience working with SMEs, family groups, privately held companies, complex structures and/or not-for-profit clients
* Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes
* Strong leadership capability, including mentoring, reviewing and developing team members
* Commercial acumen, sound professional judgment and the confidence to identify and convert growth opportunities
