The Role
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
* Assisting customers with prescriptions and product enquiries.
* Operating point‑of‑sale systems and managing cash handling.
* Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming.
* Supporting promotions and in‑store sales.
* Be interested in working as a Webster Packer or Dispense Technician (training provided).
About You
* Customer‑focused with a friendly, engaging personality.
* Experienced in pharmacy or retail (preferred, not essential).
* Strong in communication and teamwork.
* Professional in presentation with a customer‑first attitude.
* Available to work weekends.
* Have a driver's licence to help with deliveries.
* Willing to learn other roles such as Webster Packer and Dispense Technician.
Bonus If You Have
* A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I–IV).
* Experience with MINFOS or FRED systems.
