The role reports to the Project Crew Leading Hand.Hours of Work7:7 roster, Wednesday to Tuesday (Week on Week off)12-hour days (7am to 7pm)Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAs a Fixed Plant Fitter, you will be part of a small team who maintain the surface and underground mine infrastructure.
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing surface and underground plant and equipment including ventilation (fans), compressors and de-watering pipes and pumps (Mono, Flygt, Air and Grout) as per site requirements.About YouWe are looking for someone with a trade qualification background (Fitter & Turner, Boilermaker, Carpenter) who is safety conscious, happy to be hands-on, with a high level of mechanical aptitude and ability to fabricate, construct and repair equipment as needed.
