What You'll Do
* Work in partnership with the Executive Chef to drive site performance across financial outcomes, safety, hospitality standards, daily catering, and functions and events.
* Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by supporting daily catering requirements, coordinating function briefs, and providing clear direction alongside the Executive Chef.
* Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams while creating a positive, high-performance hospitality culture.
* Ensure front of house operations consistently deliver exceptional experiences and service standards.
* Oversee compliance requirements including food safety procedures, reporting, and operational processes.
* Support a collaborative environment where communication between teams is seamless and effective.
About You
* Proven leadership experience within hospitality, catering or large-scale food service environments.
* Strong ability to bring teams together while building positive working relationships across departments.
* Confidence in managing multiple moving parts without losing focus on quality and customer experience.
* High level organisational capability with an eye for operational detail and performance outcomes.
* Passion for developing people and creating environments where teams can thrive and perform at their best.
