About the role
PB CONSTRUCTIONS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD' is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Fremantle, WA. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing construction company.
What you'll be doing
* Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing email communications, and organising meetings and events
* Maintaining and updating electronic filing systems
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
* Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reports
* Supporting the accounts team with invoicing, payroll, and other financial tasks
* Performing a variety of other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or a related industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Mac/apple user preferred
