The Role
We're seeking a hands‐on Brand Manager to drive the execution of marketing strategy, campaigns, and food & beverage initiatives across a growing, fast‐paced business.
This role blends creativity with commercial thinking and gives you ownership across brand, campaigns, menu innovation, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Plan and deliver the annual marketing calendar across campaigns, product launches, and promotions
* Execute integrated campaigns across in‐store, digital, social, and local marketing channels
* Support development and food innovation, includingnew product launches
* Drive menu optimisation and pricing strategy to improve sales and profitability
* Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
* Manage content, social media, and campaign assets in line with brand guidelines
* Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and market insights
* Oversee delivery platform listings and promotional activity
* Track performance, analyse data, and deliver campaign insights and recommendations
* Manage agencies and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and within budget
Profile
You're a proactive and commercially aware marketer who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys both strategy and execution.
* Experience in brand/marketing (hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred)
* Strong experience delivering end‐to‐end marketing campaigns
* Understanding of brand, pricing, and product‐led marketing
* Data‐driven with ability to turn insights into action
* Highly organised with strong project management skills
* Confident working cross‐functionally and managing stakeholders
* Self‐starter with a hands‐on, can‐do attitude
