The College invites applications from passionate and innovative educators for a full-time, ongoing position in English. Applicants should be strongly team oriented, committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of the College and its co-curricular activities.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach a range of English classes in Years 7 to 12, with literacy and media teaching experience desirable, and will be responsible to the Principal through the Head of English. They will be expected to contribute to the efficient organisation of the Learning Area and to the co-curricular programme of the College.
Teachers at Bunbury Catholic College are expected to be responsible for a pastoral group and have the pastoral and administrative responsibilities associated with being a significant adult to a group of students. In carrying out these duties, teachers are directly responsible to the Head of Year and to the Deputy Principal responsible for the Year group.
