Play a key part in CALHN's rehabilitation services, helping clients regain strength, confidence and independence across inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory settings. You'll deliver evidence-based care, support smooth transitions and build strong recovery pathways as part of our multidisciplinary team.
* Plan goal-focused exercise programs with clients and teams
* Deliver safe, evidence-based interventions across sites
* Manage varied and at times complex rehab caseloads
* Support early discharge and hospital-avoidance pathways
* Guide AHAs/students and strengthen collaborative care
About You
You're a collaborative, client-focused Exercise Physiologist who brings sound judgement, clear communication and a commitment to evidence-based rehab care. You work well in a team, stay organised and adapt to routine through to more complex presentations.

* Hold an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiology degree
