We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Home and Living services. As a Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality support for people with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in middle management roles within the disability sector, or equivalent experience in a related field. Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Individual Support or Business Management, are also highly regarded.
Our successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be able to inspire others. They will also demonstrate empathy, compassion and a genuine understanding of diverse perspectives.
A strong commitment to human rights and delivering outstanding customer service is essential. Skilled in mentoring, coaching and developing high-performing teams, the successful candidate will thrive in an environment where leadership is about more than managing teams - it's about creating an environment where people can grow and develop.
