About the role
As ourCategory Assistant, you\'ll work closely with our Account Manager to help keep retail accounts running smoothly.
You'll be involved in everything from product submissions and retailer administration through to reporting, product information management and coordinating activity across internal teams and retail partners.
It\'s a broad role, so you\'ll build skills across account management, product, and retail operations quickly, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, loves being organised and takes pride in getting the details right.
What you\'ll do
* Support the Account Manager with retail account administration and coordination
* Prepare product submissions, item upload forms, pricing files and retailer documentation
* Maintain accurate product information across retailer portals and internal systems
* Assist with sales reporting, spreadsheets and account tracking
* Coordinate communication with merchandisers, retail partners and internal teams
* Follow up actions, track progress and help keep projects moving
* Respond to queries and support strong stakeholder relationships
What we\'re looking for
You may already have experience in category support, sales support or account administration. Alternatively, you might come from a customer service, administration or coordination role and arelooking to build your career in retail and category management.
Either way, you\'ll be someone who:
* Loves organisation and has strong attention to detail
* Is proactive and comfortable following things up
* Communicates confidently and professionally
* Is comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office
* Enjoys juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
* Is eager to learn and develop new skills
