L2 EUC/Desktop Support Engineer
Company: Eil Global – IT services provider across Asia Pacific and EMEA with headquarters in Adelaide, Australia.
Location: Torbanlea, QLD 4662, Australia (Onsite)
Type: Full-time contract position.
Experience Requirement: Mandatory 5+ years experience in EUC/Desktop Support.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and software issues
* Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
* Provide onsite and remote end-user support
* Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
* Handle Active Directory tasks: password reset, account unlock, group management
* Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity issues
* Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, USB devices
* Support AV/meeting room devices including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems
* Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy
* Maintain proper ticket updates, documentation, and SLA compliance
* Coordinate asset management and hardware replacement activities

* VPN and TCP/IP troubleshooting

* Basic networking knowledge
* BitLocker support
* Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
Preferred Skills
* Experience in VIP user support
* Knowledge of ITIL process
* Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
