Right at Home Perth South eastern Suburbs, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a dedicated Bookeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Handle various accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
* Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members regarding financial matters.
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Previous experience in accounting or related field for at least 3 years
* Experience working in aged care or home care services is highly desirable
* Cert IV in Accounting
* Competency in XERO software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of home care services industry is a plus.
