**The Role**
This hands on and varied role will require you to act as an all rounder/conduit in the team, assisting other team members with AP/AR, and bank reconciliations. With supportive management and 100% based at their Box Hill Office, this a great chance to join a small, close-knit Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your primary duties will comprise of;
- Full function AP
- Manual invoice processing
- Matching, batching, coding invoices to Purchase Orders
- Bank recs
- Supplier statement recs
- Aged Debtor/Payables reports
- BAS
- Journals
- Monthly reporting
- Ad hoc tasks where required
**About You**
A team player and self-starter, you will be highly competent across the main accounting functions and have a flexible approach to work. Ideally you will have had some exposure in hands on role working for a small/SME business requiring you to multitask across different accounts functions.
- Min 3-4 years' experience in a similar position
- High attention to detail
