About the Role
We're looking for a creative Web Designer to join Odoo's US Content Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending web design, branding, and front-end execution to create polished digital experiences across campaigns, events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
You'll work closely with marketers, developers, and content creators to design engaging web experiences and visual assets that reflect Odoo's brand. We're looking for someone with strong design instincts, solid technical skills, and an interest in modern creative workflows, including AI-assisted design tools.
Responsibilities
Web Design & Digital Experiences
* Design and build landing pages, campaign pages, and marketing web experiences
* Create responsive, visually engaging layouts with strong UX/UI principles
* Maintain and evolve web templates, design systems, and brand consistency
* Collaborate with marketing and development teams on new campaigns and site updates
* Support website improvements, testing, and optimization initiatives
Creative & Brand Design
* Design assets for web, email, social media, events, and print
* Translate campaign concepts into polished, on-brand visuals
* Support creative direction across marketing initiatives
* Contribute to motion graphics, lightweight animation, or interactive content when needed
Modern Design Workflows
* Stay current with trends in web design, digital experiences, and creative technology
* Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging creative tools
* Explore tools and processes that improve creative production and collaboration
* Bring fresh ideas and modern visual approaches to campaigns and brand initiatives
Must Have
* 3 years of experience in web design, digital design, or front-end development
* Strong portfolio showcasing modern web and marketing design work
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
* Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
* Strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, typography, and layout
* Experience designing landing pages, marketing campaigns, or digital brand assets
* Interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and modern design tools
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
* Experience experimenting with AI in the design process, including MCP/Figma workflows or AI-assisted prototyping tools
* Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills
* Experience with marketing automation or email design
* Familiarity with analytics, CRO, or A/B testing
* Working knowledge of Python or automation workflows
* Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
* Familiarity with CMS, ERP, or CRM platforms such as Odoo

* The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
