IT Help Desk Support (Level 1–2) – Full Time
Location: West Perth.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support Technician (Level 1–2) to join our team in West Perth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1–2 IT support via phone, remote access, and ticketing system.
* Manage and resolve incoming service desk requests.
* Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and devices.
* Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections.
* Provision and deploy end-user hardware.
* Provide occasional onsite support to clients.
Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
* Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
* Exposure to RMM tools (desirable, e.g., Datto).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Requirements
* Relevant IT qualifications.
* Australian working rights.
* Based in Perth, Western Australia.
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Willingness to obtain (or provide) a National Police Clearance if successful.
* Willingness to obtain (or hold) a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Salary
$60,000 – $70,000 + Super.
