Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

This role oversees the daily operations and management outputs of our organization's Canada site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing/quality management and be proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.

The responsibilities include:

* Providing input in the development of policies and procedures for the operations of the Canada site
* Managing employees in an effective manner using the Growth Performance Dialogue skills
* Acting as liaison with other departments as required

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

- Lead and manage employees to achieve organizational goals.

- Foster collaboration between departments to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing/quality management
* Strong working experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology
* Demonstrate ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate in a manufacturing environment
