Your Role As a Senior Leader within Community Care, you will be required to oversee the day-to-day operations of all Programs and Services delivered from Gold Coast Community Care Branch.
Your tasks will include:
Provide exceptional leadership to the team
Promote a culture of service delivery excellence that aims to improve the wellbeing and lifestyle of our clients
Grow a financially sustainable business
Deliver cutting-edge care and service
Undertake operational and business plans along with input to strategic plans for growth
Maintain and undertake local compliance activities including continuous improvement and audits
Role Requirements
Demonstratedcontinuity of leadership andmanagement experience in a community service health organisation
Demonstrated high level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstratedfinancial managementskills and proventrack recordin achieving agreed targets
Experience with a broad range of stakeholders including clients and their families, employees, senior management and external health and services organisations or governmentbodies.
Under relevant legislation and the policies and procedures ofOzcare, provide andmaintaina current National or Queensland Police Certificate prior to commencement

Time managementDemonstrated history of contributing to a positive team culture
Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
A current Queensland Drivers Licence
