We are an independent, Family‐Owned Dealership. The brands available include Jeep, RAM, Renault, LDV, Fiat Professional and Conqueror Off Road. We are seeking a Trainee Service Advisor/Service Receptionist to join our expanding Service Team in Rockingham.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be trained to contribute to an efficient and profitable Service department through booking, greeting and managing daily customer relations for the service department.
Duties
* General office duties
* Answer phone and email enquiries
* Ensuring customer requirements are met within a timely manner
Skills and Experience
* Some retail or customer‐facing experience preferred
* Commitment to customer satisfaction
* Right to work in Western Australia
* Current Australian Police clearance
* Current Australian Driver's License
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Ability to meet deadlines
