Key Responsibilities
* Uphold industry related standards, specifications and quality requirements.
* Work effectively within tight deadlines.
* Operate an Asphalt Production and Bitumen Blending Plant.
* Conduct routine plant inspection checklists.
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite.
* Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Participate actively in preventative maintenance, toolbox talks and safety meetings.
About You
* You'll bring a strong commitment to teamwork, safety and continuous improvements.
* A Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* Relevant tickets such as First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Forklift and Front-end Loader (desirable but not essential).
* An energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude.
