A major banking client is seeking an experienced Senior Avature Functional Consultant to support the enhancement and transformation of their talent acquisition platform. This role will focus on delivering scalable Avature solutions across recruitment operations, candidate experience, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise Avature modules, including ATS, Portal Builder, and Junction integrations. The role will also support the implementation of emerging capabilities such as Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot within the Avature ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead functional configuration and optimisation of the Avature platform
* Configure and support Avature ATS workflows and recruitment processes
* Design and develop candidate and recruiter experiences using Portal Builder
* Manage and enhance Junction Module integrations and data flows
* Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Avature solutions
* Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to improve hiring processes and user experience
* Support implementation of AI-enabled capabilities including Agentic AI and Copilot integrations
* Conduct workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and solution demonstrations
* Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities
* Provide functional guidance and best practice recommendations across the Avature platform
* Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and enterprise architecture stakeholders
Required Experience
* Strong experience as an Avature Functional Consultant within enterprise environments
* Hands-on experience with:
* Avature ATS
* Portal Builder
* Junction Module
* Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Experience within banking or financial services environments
* Exposure to AI-enabled HR technologies, including Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot
* Knowledge of HR technology ecosystems and integrations
* Experience with talent acquisition transformation initiatives
