MTP Services is looking to bring on board two Helpdesk Support Officers to assist our Federal Government Client and their initiatives on a 4 year contract!
**Role Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the effectiveness and overall success of the team by effectively managing personal workloads, handling competing priorities, and working autonomously
- Demonstrated experience following documented processes to provide efficient outcomes and identify opportunities to improve and add value
- Previous troubleshooting experience using an incident/request management tool e.g. ServiceNow or ServiceDeskPlus
- ITIL 4 Foundations certificate
