Project Delivery Expertise
As a Project Delivery Expert, you will oversee the successful completion of large-scale dam projects in North and Central America. Your primary responsibility will be to lead multidisciplinary teams ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client expectations.
* Maintain technical oversight in dam design, geotechnical investigations, slope stability, seepage analysis, structural integrity, quarries, aggregate production, and thermal cracking control.
* Collaborate with teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
* Develop and prepare comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and stakeholder presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Tech Oversight: Ensure that all technical aspects of the project are well-managed, including design, construction, and maintenance.
* Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
* Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery, team leadership, and technical management.
* Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
