As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for representing ASN values and helping the team have the highest level of care for the store. You will be active in the community and passionate about helping your customers and your team reach their potential!

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective running of the store
- Monitor and ensure high levels of customer service
- Develop, train, and motivate your team to increase productivity
- Drive sales to meet store budget and targets
- Develop strategies and processes to ensure continuous improvement
- Engage in local marketing and networking to boost sales
- Manage day-to-day operations including financials and inventory
- This will be a Tuesday to Saturday Roster.
About You
