Vereco is a Queensland-based landscaping and environmental contractor delivering revegetation, civil and infrastructure projects across the state. We're looking for a reliable and organised Operations Support Administrator to join our Mackay team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves variety supporting project delivery, handling logistics, managing documentation, and keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
• Providing administrative support to the Operations and Project teams
• Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to coordinate deliveries
• Assisting with travel, accommodation, and project logistics
• Maintaining QA registers, databases, and reporting systems
• Helping implement and improve internal systems and processes
• Communicating with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep everyone aligned
• Providing general support to the wider team as needed
What you'll bring
• Previous experience in an admin or operations support role
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confident communication and a friendly, professional manner
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive approach and willingness to help wherever needed
