Property and Project Manager Position - 3 Years

About You…
* A degree or appropriate tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Project Management, Business Management, Engineering, or suitable experience relevant to the role.
* Demonstrated experience and proficiency in contract and property management with awareness of effective project delivery and achievement of results on time and within budget.
* High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage and interface effectively across public and private sector environments.
