The Opportunity Are you a 360 degreee recruitment professional within Medical, Nursing, Hospitality or Accommodation sector looking for role that can scale? Initially starting at 3 days per week, this role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership of the "engine room" and core relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Sector Leadership: Support the recruitment and placement of staff across our specialized desks: Accommodation, Medical, Nursing, Hospitality, Aged Care and Accommodation/Caravan Park Management. Bring expertise and skills to meet our clients and candidates' expectations. Business Development and Client Engagement: Act as a key person, assisting with business development, client acquisition, relationship building, and strategic planning. You would oversight an offshore team performing back-office functions. P&L and Financial Ownership: You would be empowered to lead a temp desk and permanent recruitment opportunities. You would be responsible for end-to-end activities within this pillar with support from team members. Savvy with Numbers and Systems: Strong understanding of Xero and JobAdder is advantageous. You love systemising and automation with support. Award Knowledge: You have a solid grasp of the complexities of Australian Fair Work standards and modern awards. Sectoral experience is highly desirable. Strong Communicator: Ability to present clearly to clients and candidates, backed by professional polish and industry contacts.
