As part of Thiess's team, you'll play a crucial role.
Responsibilities
* Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximise productivity.
* Adhering to Thiess safety standards and operational procedures.
Benefits
* Opportunity to earn up to $130, plus super $10,000 Retention Payment (paid in 52 weekly payments) Market payments up to $15,000 to be applied role dependant.
* Attendance allowance – $250 per fortnight.
* BIBO from Townsville.
* Camp accommodation close to mine site – 10 minutes down the road.
* Even‐time roster of 7/7 rotating days/nights – 12hr shifts.

Qualifications
* Experience operating at least one production mining equipment on a mine site (Rear Dump Truck, Dozer, Grader or Excavator).
* Verified machinery skills list (Signed Training Transcripts).
* A proactive attitude with the desire to work reliably as part of a team.
* Current Standard 11 and current drivers licence.
* A commitment to a positive safety culture.
