We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse who can deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About the position

The successful candidate will be required to work 38 hours per week, with occasional shift work and weekend duties. They will also be required to participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain their skills and knowledge.

* To deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
* To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* To provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviours and self-care
* To participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and services
* To contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements
* A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in the context of a multidisciplinary team
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means and sound interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner
* Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement
* Demonstrated ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care with a willingness to show leadership and embrace change in the coordination and delivery of care
* Recent clinical experience relevant to the position including evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability
