* In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicles and automotive sales processes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
* Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
* Professional presentation and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
* Valid driver's licence.
