About the Company:
Integrity Strata is a highly regarded locally operated Strata Management Company with over 25 years of experience serving Strata and Community owners from Helensburgh to Narooma.

About the Role:
Due to an increase in business, an opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of Strata Management Assistant, you will be assisting a Strata manager in our Wollongong office.

You ideally will be able to demonstrate exceptional planning, prioritisation and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Your adaptability to a fast-paced role with a significant amount of internal/external stakeholders and experience as a personal assistant ( or similar) is highly regarded.

Previous strata or property industry experience whilst not essential would be a great asset to our team.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and problem-solving
- Assist in the organisation & follow up of repairs & quotations
- Assist in the preparation & distribution of notices, meeting agendas & minutes
- Assist with prompt follow up & resolution of enquiries, customer issues and action items following meetings
- Prepare & maintain electronic filing and archiving of important records
- Assist other team members as required

- Experience in Strata / Real Estate or trade services administrative support

- High Customer Service ethic with strong written & verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency, Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm to work as part of a team, pleasant & outgoing
- Previous strata/property experience if highly regarded

**Salary**: $51,410.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
