About the role
Reporting to the Head of Affiliate, this Senior Account Manager will be responsible for scaling affiliate partnerships through educating clients on and selling our products and packages, identifying and recruiting new clients, and optimising existing partnerships. The role focuses on developing and growing commercial partnerships, identifying new brand and retailer opportunities, delivering performance‐driven commerce campaigns, managing relationships with key partners, agencies and affiliate platforms, and working closely with content and commercial teams to maximise campaign performance and unlock new revenue opportunities. The position also involves mentoring, leading and developing a team of sales‐focused account managers and executives.
Duties
* Manage and mentor direct reports, supporting their development in account management, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
* Identify and secure new brand and retail partnerships to drive affiliate and commerce revenue growth.
* Meet affiliate channel growth targets in close collaboration with the wider affiliate team.
* Build and manage strong relationships with merchants, agencies and affiliate networks.
* Grow existing partnerships and negotiate commission structures and commercial agreements.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to partners and internal teams.
* Deliver post‐campaign reporting and performance updates to merchants.
* Collaborate with shopping content, coupons and commercial teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Contribute to ongoing optimisation of partnership packages and campaign formats.
* Handle ad‐hoc tasks related to affiliate, events and partnerships.
Skills and experience
* 3+ years in account management, partnerships, or digital media sales.
* Demonstrated ability to build and grow commercial relationships with brands or agencies.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert revenue opportunities.
* Confident presenting proposals and negotiating commercial agreements.
* Experience leading junior team members.
* Experience in affiliate and ecommerce marketing is desired.
* Collaborative, data‐driven and thrives in a fast‐paced media environment.
