We have built an outstanding team of experienced Operators and are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Services Leading Hand to join our growing operations. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with room to progress further within the business.
What you'll be doing
* Leading and supervising crews on industrial services projects
* Vacuum loading collection and disposal, including controlled wastes
* High pressure water jetting and industrial cleaning activities, including high pressure tank head and pipe jetting
* Non‐destructive digging works
* Gerotto remote‐operated vacuum robot operations
* Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
* Performing and recording daily pre‐start checks of equipment and vehicles
* Inspecting equipment before and after use and reporting wear or damage
* Assisting with the training and mentoring of team members
* Cleaning and maintenance of equipment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or senior industrial services role
* Extensive vacuum loading experience (minimum 5 years preferred)
* Experience operating Cappellotto and Kingvac vacuum loading equipment
* HR Driver's Licence
* National Police Clearance with no significant criminal convictions
* Working at Heights qualification
* Confined Space qualification
* Permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand
* High Risk Licence with EWP and Forklift (preferred)

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead crews safely and effectively
* Extensive experience in industrial services and vacuum loading operations
* A genuine commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* The ability to work away on remote mine sites for up to 3 weeks at a time
* A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
* A high level of physical fitness and ability to pass a pre‐employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
