* Graduate Program 2026 – 12 months Fixed Term (12 months, 0.74 EFT, PMCV unmatched candidates only)
* Public Fertility (6 months) and Imaging (6 months) – 2 positions
* Women's Health Clinics (6 months) and Day surgery unit (6 months) – 2 positions

* Salary: $81,733 (pro‐rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + up to 6 weeks annual leave

About The Role
Four (4) additional Graduate Nurse positions will commence in August 2026. These positions include rotations in:
* Women's Health Clinics/Day Surgery Unit
* Public Fertility / Pauline Gandel Imaging
These positions are open to graduates Registered Nurses (or dual Registered Nurses/Midwives who are eligible for the PMCV 2025 graduate match and have not yet matched with a health service). Applicants who have already been allocated a position with a health service are ineligible to apply.
Applicants will be required to submit a statutory declaration stating that they were not allocated a position through the 2025 PMCV process.
Day to Day
A regular day will involve working independently and within a multidisciplinary team to provide specialised ongoing clinical care and support to patients and their partners undergoing fertility treatment and imaging procedures, or Day procedures and receiving care in Women's Health Clinics.

About You
* Registration as a Nurse
* Willingness to acquire knowledge and skills that respond to changing operational requirements and enhance your ability to perform in your role as a nurse.
* A passion for collaborative inter‐professional practice.
* A high degree of empathy, emotional intelligence and professional maturity to navigate sensitive patient experiences.
* Demonstrated ability to confidently use a range of digital clinical and learning technologies in fast‐paced environments.
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a brief digital task (e.g., navigating a mock clinical system, interpreting digital patient data, or completing an online documentation exercise).
Priority Considerations
* Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
* Completed an approved nursing program offered by a provider in Victoria or border community.
* Recipient of the Victorian "Making it Free to Study" Nursing and Midwifery initiative.
* Holder of dual registration (Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse).
