About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Facility Projects Support Officer to support the delivery of facility and capital works projects.

In this role, you will provide high‐quality administrative and project support to a dynamic team, contributing to efficient project delivery, strong governance practices and positive customer service outcomes. The position offers exposure to project management, procurement, reporting and stakeholder engagement within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You Will Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Support, Records/Information Management or related discipline or demonstrated relevant experience in an administrative or project support role.
* Demonstrated experience in administrative or project support roles, with high‐level computer literacy and the ability to prepare clear, accurate written documentation including minutes, reports and correspondence using standard office systems.
* Well‐developed communication and customer service skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate written documentation such as minutes, reports and correspondence.
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* A current Driver's Licence and willingness to obtain a National Police Check, as required for the role.
