is on the search for a
Conference and Events Sales Coordinator
to join the team.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, your strong administration skills and precise eye to detail will assist smooth running of our Conference and Events department.
What you'll be doing:
Assist in the preparation and follow up of conference proposals
Assist with the formulation of quotations for conference proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs
Type correspondence and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEO's)
Collaborate with multiple hotel departments ensure smooth running of daily operations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have
:
Previous knowledge of function and/or events sales, ideally within the hospitality industry beneficial
Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workflow
Strong written and verbal communications skills with a keen eye and attention to detail
Great problem-solving & time management skills
A friendly, energetic personality with an ability to build rapport easily
