About the Role
As Program Lead – Plumbing, you'll be leading dedicated educators and help shape the future of plumbing training. You'll manage program timetables, enhance course content and ensure student success – all while maintaining a teaching component to stay connected to your trade.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your teaching team to deliver outstanding student outcomes.
Manage the design, delivery and evaluation of contemporary VET teaching packages and assessment strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and learning resources.
Contribute to program growth through innovation and enhancements.
Maintain industry currency by delivering a teaching component within your program.

About You
You're an experienced plumbing professional with a passion for education and leadership. You thrive on creating positive team cultures and improving processes to deliver exceptional student experiences.
What You'll Bring
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
Expertise in contemporary teaching methodologies and standards.
Experience managing systems and processes for efficiency and quality.
AQF Level 6 teaching qualification (as per Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement ****).
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (current requirements).
A degree, diploma, or approved qualification in plumbing, with demonstrated competency at least to the level delivered.
