Inside you'll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club‐V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post‐workout.
Your gig
* You'll welcome members and help them find whatever they need or whatever they're looking for.
* You'll deliver 45‐minuteimmersivecycle classes with your authentic personality to help members experience physical, mental, and emotional breakthrough moments in class.
* You'll embrace feedback and suggestions to improve program delivery.
* You'll be empowered to build a culture where the community become raving fans.
* You'll keep the studios safe... considering temperature, equipment and max occupancy.
* You'll naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities and comfortably communicate what differentiates our program from the market.
All about you
* You have your Cert III in fitness (or recognised instructor qual), your first aid, and flexibility to work a non traditional schedule.
* You have aligned experience. You know how to deliver meaningful classes and encourage mindfulness to the people around you. You love to learn new programs as much as you love to deliver them. You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community. A+ for you.
* You're people‐focused. You're authentic and warm. You get a kick out of getting people to those I did it! moments. You're confident and cool under pressure.
* You're self‐assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can connect with anyone. You love to inspire.
* You have a can‐do approach. You think on your feet. You roll with the punches when things change. You're motivated to continually improve. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it.
