Duties
* Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.).
* Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
* Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
* Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.
* Wear the mascot costume and embody the character in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
* Engage warmly with children and families, creating memorable and enjoyable experiences.
* Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
* Follow safety and performance guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and yourself.
Skills & Experience
* Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
* I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
* Experience working in a customer service role preferable
* Passion for customer service.
* A genuine love for working with children and families.
* Confidence performing and engaging in public.
* Physical fitness and stamina to wear the mascot costume for extended periods.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Flexibility to work during school holidays, weekends, and festive periods.
* Unrestricted working rights for Australia
