If you’re a master mixologist with a passion for sports and hospitality, we want to hear from you! To join The Sporting Globe Bar team, you should have:
* Proven experience as a Bartender with excellent customer service skills
* Ability to promote our loyalty program
* Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
* A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compliance with food and beverage regulations
* Ability to assess customer needs and make recommendations
* Support on the floor as an all-rounder
* A love for sports is a plus!
How To Make The Starting Lineup
Candidates should have:
* At least 2 years of hospitality experience
* Experience in both bar and restaurant environments
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Passion for the industry and a sales-oriented mindset
* RSA and TAB certificates
