Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver investment operations projects across multiple business functions.
* Gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements and process designs.
* Partner with technology teams to define business needs and support system enhancements.
* Develop and maintain process maps, project plans, and tracking documentation.
* Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across initiatives.
* Support testing, validation, and training activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive delivery success.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in project management within funds management or financial services.
* Deep understanding of global financial instruments and investment operations processes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced MS Office skills.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver complex projects on time.
* Collaborative approach with the confidence to influence outcomes.
