Position Overview
Nepean Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Lead System Performance to provide business analysis leadership and drive innovative solutions that enhance service delivery. Working closely with stakeholders, you will review and document current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, integration and efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and document current processes and systems with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement, integration, and efficiency.
* Support the delivery of key projects and programmes while managing competing priorities and resources.
* Foster a culture of communication, collaboration and inclusion, building strong relationships across teams and contributing to improved organisational performance and patient outcomes.
* Ensure the delivery of high‐quality customer service and achievement of strategic business and service objectives across the district.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
* Extensive experience working with health staff, consumers and carers to capture their experience/outcomes to co‐design improvements in service and care.
* Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of projects and/or initiatives, and change management.
* Extensive experience in change management and demonstrated successful approaches to implementing large‐scale, complex programmes.
* High level skills in conceptual and systems thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.
* Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications.
* Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated negotiation skills including the ability to resolve conflicts, competing demands and prioritise resources.
