Venue Manager – Museums Victoria – The Fresh Collective Melbourne
The Fresh Collective is recruiting for an experienced Venue Manager at one of Melbourne's most exciting venues - Museums Victoria.
We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented â a hospitality natural. You have an innate ability to oversee the front of house operations, managing all service-related tasks to ensure our many guests are provided with professional and courteous service, as well as being efficient at administration and procurement.
This position is responsible for driving the quality of all F&B outlets and managing a pool of service staff. This is a busy role overseeing a seven-day operation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Manage successful operations at the venue and service delivery in the restaurant and cafes
* Ensure standards of excellence are achieved throughout the venue
* Lead by example and nurture and motivate a team of hospitality professionals
* Plan, analyse, report, and deliver current and future financial success of the venue
ABOUT YOU
* 3+ years large cafe/venue management experience
* Hands on management style and barista skills
* Passionate and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
* Strong administration experience
