Black Swan Health is seeking volunteers for the role of Outreach Worker & Driver in Fremantle. This position involves providing outreach services to clients and facilitating communication, education, and referrals to health services.
As part of a mobile medical service supporting marginalized individuals, volunteers will need to have a valid Light Rigid (LR) Driver's Licence. Ideal candidates will contribute to a compassionate and effective team over a commitment of more than 6 months.
