Senior Nuclear Professional
This key role is integral to the development of nuclear capabilities, focusing on operating/production processes and methods that meet nuclear regulation demands.
The Senior Engineer will coordinate with experts and partners during nuclear licensing phases, contributing to regulatory documentation.
* Develop formal nuclear management arrangements and support processes/procedures for regulatory compliance
* Establish requirements for sub-contractor support into ASC to develop policies, procedures, and processes
* Manage, support, and sign off sub-contractor deliverables through nuclear licensing phases
* Contribute to Engineering Capability strategy in support of Corporate strategy
The successful candidate will have engineering qualifications and nuclear experience meeting Professional Engineer standards or equivalent, including those with a trade background.
Demonstrated experience in SSN Nuclear Maintenance or applicable facilities operation in highly regulated industries.
Experience with safety management systems and radiological control activities.
Proven track record in applying engineering governance systems in highly regulated environments.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
