The Team Leader of the Adult Community Mental Health Core Team is responsible for the management and coordination of an integrated multi‑disciplinary recovery oriented, trauma informed, and evidence based mental health team. This includes effective access and discharge procedures, rostering, operational and strategic planning.
Ideal Candidate
- Recognised qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Clinical Psychology and current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Extensive clinical experience in mental health, and health service management including demonstrated advanced level practice and supervision skills; service planning; implementation; and evaluation.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P2 Licence is acceptable).
